Finance Secretary Derek Mackay headed to Winchburgh today to meet developers of new 3,450-home village. As well as the new homes, schools and other associated infrastructure will be built at Winchburgh. Derek Mackay met Sir Tom Hunter and Local MSP, Fiona Hyslop, the developers and West Lothian Council officials.
