The count for the UK Parliamentary General Election 2017 for the Perth & North Perthshire Constituency takes place at Bell's Sports Centre in Perth.
The four candidates standing for the seat are Peter Barrett (Scottish Liberal Democrats), Ian Duncan (Scottish Conservatives), David Roemmele (Scottish Labour) and Pete Wishart (SNP)
Pictured: After two re-counts the result of Perth and North Perthshire is announced with Pete Wishart retaining the seat with 21,804 votes. Ian Duncan (Conservative) trailed by 21 votes with 21,783. David Roemmele (Labour) third with 5,349 and Peter Barrett (Liberal Democrats) fourth with 2,589 - SNP activitsts including Roseanna Cunningham MSP celebrate as the result is announced
