Launch of Edge 2 Radio Station at New Town in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom on 25 July 2023. Jay Crawford has taken over DAB licensed station MIX 1 to create Edge 2, Edinburgh’s new local station which delivers the best music of the last 50 years and started broadcasting this month. Following huge investment in new studios and equipment in Stockbridge, Edge 2 brings fresh ideas, an updated music selection and the triumphant return of one of Edinburgh’s best loved radio DJs. Edge 2 listeners hear a curated selection of timeless classic hits and local news.
