There was confusion on Wednesday when the parking app in Edinburgh, Ringo, suggested there was free parking in the city centre which was not the case as evidenced by the number of tickets issued by council wardens. However, there appears to be no doubt over the penalties due to be paid by the owner of the Mitsubishi left on Market Street today. Not the best way to end the ld year.
