Police dog Daakm a 4 year old Belgian Shepherd, met with Minister for Rural Affairs Mairi Gougeon at Fettes Police Station in Edinburgh, as the Scottish Government launched a consultation on increasing the maximum sentence for animal cruelty from 12 months to 5 years.
