Pictured: Beach Wheelchairs Charity opening. 23 March 2019 Pictured: Charity Beach Wheelchairs celebrates opening of a new storage area in the harbour. Beach Wheelchairs is a Scottish Charity which has helped nearly 500 individuals to get on the beaches at North Berwick. It relies on volunteers to help disabled people access the beaches. Children are given the privilege of cutting the ribbon fo the new facility which has been named 'Len's Place' after a local community stalwart Len Groom who was a volunteer in the project and died in 2017.
