Culture Secretary Fiona Hyslop visited St Brides Centre in Edinburgh today to reveals the projects that will receive funding from a new arts investment programme for the Edinburgh Festivals, Platforms for Creative Excellence (PLACE), which will receive GBP15 million over the next five years
