The Scottish SPPA launched the education programme at Buckstone Primary School in Edinburgh today. .he animal welfare charity's head of education and policy Gilly Mendes Ferreira and Dr Jo Williams, senior lecturer in clinical and health psychology, came along to start the programme at the school. The pupils had raised £ and presented a cheque to Lesley of the Scottish SPCA. Children from the school learnt a valuable lesson when five pupils found an injured pigeon and callwe the Scottish SPCA who came to the rescue.
