D-Day 75th anniversary, Edinburgh, Friday 6th June 2019

A service to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the D-Day
landings was organised by Armed Forces charity Legion
Scotland and The French Consulate General.

It was attended by 15 D-Day veterans, 4 of whom received the Knight of the Légion d’Honneur Cross, serving personnel, various dignitaries and Graeme Dey, the Scottish Government's Minister for Parliamentary Business and
Veterans.
