Bonhams whisky sale in Edinburgh on 7 June includes two salvaged bottles from the wreck of the SS Politician which were the inspiration for Compton MacKenzie's novel Whisky Galore. Also included in the sale is a 50 year-old Macallan Millennium Decanter distilled in January 1949.
