The "In Town, Slow Down" road safety campaign was launched today in Edinburgh to encourage drivers to watch their speed in built-up areas, amid figures showing someone is stopped for speeding in Scotland every nine minutes. Superintendent Fraser Candlish from Police Scotland, and John Alexander from Scottish Ambulance Service were on hand to help with the launch
