Elaine C Smith was on hand today to cut the ribbon on the Alcohol Related Brain Damage Unit run by voluntary organisation Penumbra in partnership with NHS Lothian and City of Edinburgh Council. Ms Smith was joined at the ribbon cutting ceremony by Joe Boye, ex-resident, Graham Henderson; director of services and development; Peter Grabbitas; Chiar health and saefet at City of Edinburgh Council; and Brian Houston, Chair of NHS Lothian.
