Former First Minister Alex Salmond is taking legal action against the Scottish Government over it's handling of sexual harassment allegations against the former MP and MSP. He is seeking a substantive judicial review at the Court of Session in Edinburgh, however the Scottish Government has conceded there were errors in the way the allegations were investigated, and is not contesting Mr Salmond's case.
