Today, Police Scotland launched a campaign against hate crime, intolerance and prejudice. Superintendent Davie Duncan and several LGBTI-trained officers provided a briefing on the drive, which is part of Hate Crime Awareness Week. Tim Hopkins of the Equality Network and Cate Lauder, who experienced a transphobic hate crime explained the positive response she received from Police Scotland.
