Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Jobs & Fair Work Keith Brown visited Gorgie City Farm today to mark their accreditation as the 800th Living Wage employer in Scotland. Mr Brown met Josiah Lockhart, CEO and undertook a short tour of the farm, celebrating their accreditation and promoting the Living Wage more generally. The Scottish Government has set a target of reaching 1,000 Scottish-based Living Wage Accredited Employers by autumn 2017. While at the farm Mr Brown met Maia Gordon, Kirsty McGoff (17) and Zoe White (18), who have benefited from the living wage, and George Ellis, chair of the farm's board of directors
