Pictured: Easter Sunshine falls on the ancient Cross Well and Town Hall in the centre of Linlithgow . Linlithgow is a royal burgh in West Lothian, Scotland. It is West Lothian's county town.
The chief historic attraction of Linlithgow is the remains of Linlithgow Palace, the birthplace of James V and Mary, Queen of Scots. The Cross Well that was first built in 1608 and underwent a redesiign in 1807 has just undergone a full refurbishment to restore it to its former glory.
