East Lothian Core Paths, Gullane, East Lothian, Scotland, United Kingdom, 07 February 2020. Construction has started on a pedestrian and cycle path to connect Gullane and West Fenton villages. The longest running campaign of its kind in Scotland, activists have lobbied for 15 years for an off-road route, away from a dangerous main road, to link Gullane and Drem. After reaching agreement with landowners, housing company CALA Homes is funding a one mile section of the path between Gullane and West Fenton.
