Judges at the Court of Session today deferred a decision on a bid by campaigners including SNP MP Joanna Cherry to force Prime Minister Boris Johnson to abide by the so called 'Benn Bill' and seek an extension to the October 31st Brexit date, and to rule that the Court itself can seek an extension.
