Employability and Training Minister Jamie Hepburn visited soapmaking company Gracefruit today as labour market statistics are published. He met staff who receive the living wage and also heard from the company's owner Beth Carnahan how it is working to address the impact of Brexit and how it is adopting more flexible working model with many staff working around 23 hours per week.
