Today the Police Scotland's Youth Volunteer scheme was presented with 'Investing in Volunteers' award by Volunteer Scotland. Assistant Chief Constable John Hawkins, Justice Secretary Michael Matheson, and George Thomson (Chief Executive) from Volunteer Scotland were on hand for the ceremony.
