Finance Secretary Derek Mackay visits the Edinburgh St James Centre development ahead of the 2019-20 Scottish Budget.

Mr Mackay will present the 2019-20 Scottish Budget on Wednesday 12th December.

Edinburgh St James is a 1.7 million sq ft city centre development and one of the largest and most significant regeneration projects currently underway in the U.K. and the largest city-centre development Edinburgh has seen for decades. The scheme will strengthen Edinburgh’s global standing by transforming the city’s east end into an inspiring, attractive and vibrant destination.
