Michael Avril, Chairman of Water Safety Scotland and Gillian Barclay from Burntisland, whose 18 year old son Cameron Lancaster drowned at a disused quarry in Inverkeithing in 2014, launches the Drowning Prevention Strategy at Crammond Beach. The strategy aims to half the number of accidental drownings in Scotland by 2026.
