Today Shirley-Ann Somerville MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Social Security, visited Stepping Stones inn Edinburgh and met parents who may be eligible for the Scottish Child payment, which is a new GBP10-a-week payment for every child aged up to six as part of measures to lift 30,000 children out of poverty.
