Transport Minister Humza Yousaf launched the second phase of Switched on Scotland when he visited J & E Shepherd Chartered Surveyors today.  During the visit Mr Yousaf saw how the business is benefiting from adopting electric vehicles via the Low Carbon Transport Loan Fund, as he announced an additional GBP8.2 million to support the purchase of low-carbon vehicles. <br />
